These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions for the use of the website “Tokyo Gourmet Lehman’s Lunch” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) managed and operated by Setagaya Gourmet Kenkyukai.

Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Association regarding the use of the Service.
- In the event that there are any notes, confirmations, individual terms, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Individual Terms, etc.”) posted on the Site by the Association, such Individual Terms, etc. shall constitute a part of this Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between the content of the Individual Terms and this Agreement, the Individual Terms shall take precedence over this Agreement.
Article 2 (Prohibited Matters)
- The User shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Site.
(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
(2) Actions related to criminal acts
(3) Any act that destroys or interferes with the functioning of the Association’s server or network
(4) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Association’s services
(5)acts to collect or accumulate personal information of other users
(6)impersonating another user
(7) Directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the Association’s services.
(8) Any other acts that the Association deems inappropriate.
Article 3 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)
- The Society may temporarily suspend the operation of this Site without prior notice to Users in any of the following cases
(1) In the event of maintenance, inspection, or specification changes to the Site.
(2) In the event of a natural disaster, incident, communication equipment failure, interruption of telecommunication services by telecommunication carriers, or other emergency occurs or is likely to occur, making the operation of this Site difficult or impossible.
(3) When the Company deems it necessary to suspend the Site for operational or other reasons.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- Although the Association makes every effort to provide users with reliable information, the Association makes no warranty to users regarding the following
(1) The reliability, accuracy, usefulness, certainty, or any other aspect of the nature of the information provided on this site.
(2) That the information available through the site will meet the user’s expectations.
- The Association may change or discontinue the structure, terms of use, URL, contents, etc. of the Website without notice.
The Society does not manage or operate the information on linked sites, and is not responsible for the authenticity of the content of such sites. - The Society shall not be liable for any transaction or dispute between a user and another user or a third party in connection with the Service.
Article 5 (Principle of self-responsibility)
Users shall use the Service at their own risk.
Article 6 (Copyright)
- The copyrights to all documents, photographs, illustrations, videos, and other copyrighted works (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contents”) on this website belong to the Association.
- Please refrain from using the Content on the Association’s website for any unauthorized diversion or unauthorized reproduction.
In the unlikely event that unauthorized diversion or reproduction is found, the Association will take appropriate measures (including legal action), such as claiming compensation for damages.
Article 7 (Modification of Terms of Use)
The Association reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice to the User, if it deems it necessary.
Article 8 (Notice or Communication)
Notification or communication between the User and the Association shall be made by the method prescribed by the Association.
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)
The method of personal information management by the Association is separately stipulated in the “Privacy Policy,” and the Association will handle personal information in accordance with this policy.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive first instance jurisdiction over any and all disputes, claims, etc. related to the Service and these Terms of Use.
