A curry restaurant where celebrities gather, located in the Tamagawa Takashimaya department store
When I was in Futakotamagawa on business, I found information about a curry restaurant on the internet and decided to go there.
It seems to be a popular European-style curry restaurant, and on weekends it is often visited by celebrity women, but when I went there it was just after 13:30 on a weekday, so there were no seats available.
The spicy, rich curry is delicious
We ordered the keema curry, which is said to be the most popular item on the lunch menu, and added some potatoes on top.
The price was 1730 yen including tax, which is a reasonable price, but the curry, which was full of minced meat and had a delicious flavor, showed the restaurant’s commitment to quality (as of February 2024).

The curry was delicious, with a spicy, rich, fruity flavor.
When I looked at the drinks menu, I saw that the coffee was 700 yen.
I thought it was expensive, but when I was leaving the shop, I saw a sign at the entrance saying “Delicious coffee and tasty curry” (even though it’s a curry shop, they put coffee first), so I felt that they were particular about their coffee too.

About “Attchakana”
The name “Attchakana” is a Hindi word (an Indian language) meaning “delicious food”, and as the name suggests, it expresses the desire to “serve delicious curry that Japanese people will enjoy, curry that they won’t get tired of eating every day”.
In addition to the classic curry dishes such as chicken curry and keema curry, Attchakana also offers seasonal curry dishes that are only available at certain times of the year.
The curry, which is made over a period of about two days without using any flour, umami seasoning (amino acids) or preservatives, has won the hearts of curry lovers in the area.
You can also take it away, so you can enjoy the taste of a specialist restaurant at home.
