I discovered a good restaurant in Nishi-Azabu, which I hadn’t visited in a while!
The other day, I went to a hospital in Minato Ward for a health checkup, and as the tests finished just after 11:00, I decided to have lunch nearby.
The hospital was in Nishiazabu, but as I rarely come to this area, I had no information about the restaurants in the area.
I had the impression that Nishiazabu was an expensive area, but I tried to find a reasonably priced restaurant where I could eat fish.
I couldn’t find anything, but after looking for a while I found a good-looking restaurant.
That’s why I went to a Japanese restaurant called “Sakedokoro Yamane”.

I arrived five minutes before it opened at 11:30, but there were already customers eating inside.
There were also meat dishes on the menu, but I wanted to eat fish, so I looked at the menu and without hesitation I chose the sashimi set meal (1500 yen).
The sashimi set meal that came out was not only beautiful to look at, but also tasted great.
I was very happy to find a restaurant in the Nishi-Azabu area where you can eat such delicious sashimi for just 1,500 yen (price as of September 2023).

The owner goes to Tsukiji Market every day to buy fresh ingredients, and he goes fishing at least once a week to get the freshest fish possible, so this is a rare restaurant in the area where you can enjoy fresh fish at a reasonable price.
At lunchtime, the table is full of side dishes for rice, such as tsukudani, furikake and raw eggs, and you can have as many refills of rice as you like.
